Let me start out by saying I don’t generally give testimonials but given my exceptional experience with the Levco team and Peter Lindia, I feel compelled to share my experience.
Building a pool is a major investment and requires a lot of trust in your contractor. First, they do what they say.There were no surprises and the quality of their work is excellent. Several inspectors made positive comments to us about the quality of the workmanship. The scope and cost was laid out in the beginning and they stuck to it. We found Levco was quoting reasonable prices compared to others, which made me a little nervous at first.
We wanted a high end pool/spa.We got our dream pool! No corners were cut and it works perfectly.The office is very organized and Laura was a pleasure to work with.Any questions were followed up immediately and they always kept us posted on progress and what to expect. Peter was always available for questions along the way or would stop over to discuss various aspects of the project.The contractors were well coordinated and the crews are very professional and worked extremely hard.
These guys operate like a well oiled machine. All the people that work with Peter are great as well, whether its the tree guys, landscape designer or irrigation specialist. They coordinated everything making it easy and its clear they are all very good at what they do and are resonably priced. We can’t say it enough, they know what they are doing. On the creative side, Peter has great vision. We had plans designed in advance by a landscape designer. When we met with Peter and discussed the plans, he shared another vision that he thought would work better. We went with Peter’s concept and couldn’t be happier.
It is beautiful and came out much better than we could have hoped. We sit back and look at it every day, and just smile and think it’s perfect. We are so glad we built the pool with Levco. Everyone that has seen the final product has the same reaction, “wow – its beautiful!”.
